We’re not only pioneering a new space ecosystem to advance and protect our planet, we’re also dedicated to improving life in the world where we live.
Last week, Quantum Space employees took part in a “Day of Giving,” volunteering in multiple locations. It was a great example of doing good in the community while also having fun with co-workers.
In Annapolis, many employees volunteered for “Food Friday.” Together they packed over 300 boxes of fresh fruits, vegetables and canned goods and delivered them to those in need in the Annapolis area. Team members Ben R., Rachel R., Spencer B., Will R., Angela J., Elena M., Eileen L., Nathan C., and Spencer B. were part of this effort. Also in the photo is Alderwoman Karma O’Neill, Ward 2. Thanks for joining us!
Other employees, including Chitra P., Yassmin M., Miguel C., and Thor B., helped out at Embry Rucker Emergency Shelter in Virginia, where they helped prepare and serve a meal for those in the shelter.
Another group, including Alyssa M., Joe K., Christian Y., and Justin C., spent the day at Byron House, a Montgomery County retirement community, where they visited with residents and played card and board games.
We couldn’t be prouder of our team at Quantum Space for the work they are doing here, and in space, to make this planet a better place for everyone.
